Additionally, there was noticeable dust in the corners of the bathroom, which gave the impression that cleaning standards weren’t up to par.
If you plan to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a suite for a more comfortable experience. While the location and overall atmosphere are great, the room size and cleanliness left much to be desired.

Our Go To Stay in Provincetown with the BEST host
The Brass Key definitely checks all the boxes for a first class resort experience. Its cluster of incredibly renovated buildings surrounding the beautiful layered courtyard are pretty perfect. The interior courtyard holds a beautifully landscaped garden affronting the patios, the infinity pool, and (our favorite) the hot tub. The grounds also flow into meditation gardens, the breakfast veranda, the lounges, etc. Provincetown of course is a magical place but you could literally spend all day in the Brass Key complex and have a fantastic vacation.
Tyler and his crew are supremely hospitable and we’re consistently impressed by their personal attention to detail that is well worth the price. Tyler in particular showcases consistently what fine hospitality is all about. His continued graciousness upon our often trips to the Brass Key never goes unnoticed and this is why we keep coming back . And it’s incredibly dog friendly and our pup absolutely loves to visit with us (see attached photo!)
Our most recent trip was to celebrate my birthday and we were greeted with a bottle of rosé waiting for us and a hand written birthday card… those details truly leave excellent impressions. Breakfast is a wonderful high point of the day where you can really intermingle with the other guests socially and it truly sets the tone for the rest of your days there.
The Brass Key made us life-long fans and we can’t wait to go back next year. 10/10

The best place to stay in P’Town!
The entire outdoor pool and spa are kept immaculate. And they keep traditions of the breakfast and cocktail hour happy hour. Great to mingle with other guests or just enjoy who you came with. It’s the only place to stay in P’Town..Well done to the management and staff for creating the perfect setting in P’Town!

❤️ the greatest staff
The service and lodging is like home but better.
We were greeted like old friends by Tyler and his staff. We had a mix up in our reservation and Tyler went out of his way to fix the problem and make our visit an absolute joy. Say hello to him when you check in.
