The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were the best.
Very friendly front desk workers. We will be back!

The hotel is a little dated but well kept and the room was fine. I was hoping for a little squishier bed but that is just my preference.
The only issue with cleanliness was the shower floor really needed a good bleach scrubbing.

The room was ok, there was a loud humming type noise that kept us awake most of the night.
The receptionist was not friendly when was asked questions.

We were staying there because my husband was in the hospital 5 minutes away. This was the first time that I stayed there. The pool area was very nice and clean. We definitely will be back there.

It was Ok. Seems like Hilton has a maintenance issue. I changed from the a downtown location to this one due to rooms not having heat. First room I was given at the Neenah location , no heat, had to change rooms.
As a business traveler, the simple things like Coffee being available in the Lobby during the evening, the coffee maker didn’t work, was never fixed. ( 6 night stay)
Trash was not taken out of the room. I normally wouldn’t say anything and just not come back. Maybe the franchise owner’s aren’t aware, maybe they don’t care.
