The attendant told me they had an elevator because the room we wanted (a king bed) was on the second floor but when I got there there was no elevator. The attendant said he didn’t tell me that like I was stupid. So it was late and no refund so we took a down stairs 2 bed room. The room was ok clean but very dated and beds were not comfy at all. The next morning the same attendant knocked in the door at 10:05 and told me I had 20 mins. To leave that check out was 10. He never told me a check out time but again he said he did. Who makes a check out time for 10? It’s usually 11. It made our stay for a family funeral very uncomfortabke

The owner is extremely rude he wouldn't accept the hotel.com reservation although he had already been paid by them. He had an issue with hotel.com and took it out on us. We called hotel.com the hotel then canceled our reservation as we stood there. I even called the police on him. Before the call to hotel.com.
Because it was dark and getting late, we ended up staying there after I paid with my credit card. Hotel.com said they would refund my reservation. If you stay there be warned the bathroom is not heated. The outside temperature was in the low 30s. The above-mentioned picture is not of the room we had.
The son finally took control of the situation about our reservation.

Owner had a shouting argument with another guest (tenant). The reviews on this place are WAY off! BEWARE

Needed to have small table and a couple of chairs and a futon that sits too low to the floor makes it hard for older people to get up

I was charged 22.00 additional for my ESA pets.
In cash, no receipt! Seemed fishy. Although both men upon check-in were very friendly. I asked the office if they had a blow dryer and he said no, and there was no in room coffee. That would’ve made it more pleasant.
