great value for your money

great hotel with shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, hot breakfast, cozy beds. there are a lot of Places to order food from, they also have a little store in the lobby. The breakfast options were very good and they had hot and cold options

ITS A PLACE TO STAY WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD and you don't have anywhere else to go.

This location has limited parking in the front however it has plenty of parking in the rear which might be a security issue when traveling the building faces a different direction than the parking so you would not be able to see your vehicle or hear the alarm that goes off. The elevator does not have markings on the buttons so a lot of customers can't figure out how to get to the second floor. The rooms appear to be older and have stains on furniture. The AC is very cold yet it is difficult to control the temperature. I was charged $5 for instant noodles ($10.00 for two) and they could not take credit cards only cash. The prices that are posted online are about 50% of the actual room rate. All of the telephones in the entire facility do not work and the one in my room was nearly destroyed (see photo). I was told opon checking in that some of the rooms may not have power working. I had to call the hotel using my personal phone and it took about 25 tries to get someone to answer. The breakfast was very cold and the sausage patties looked old like they had been reused. The yogurt that was in a refrigerated cabinet was frozen solid with ice on the outside. You are not allowed to take breakfast food back to your room. I am a Wyndham rewards Gold member and was told that it would be $10 each hour that I stayed past the checkout time even though I'm supposed to get free late checkout. I called the night before checkout to ask about the late checkout and was told that some customers check in early in the morning even though the posted check-in time is 3:30 p.m. I started receiving text messages on my phone early asking me whenever I was going to check out and prompting me to do so electronically. As I was posting this in the morning I smell and undeniable sewer smell while sitting in the bed. I noticed that there was a burnt electrical cover with a cut-off burnt wire inside an open hole. (See photo). There was a knock at my door about an hour and 15 minutes prior to the posted check out time and a girl there asked me when I was going to check out.

So dirty and disgusting !!!

This hotel is so incredibly disgusting I don’t know how they r in business. It is just so dirty - the carpet is ripped, there was a used washcloth in the bathroom, the sofa is stained, the furniture is chipped and stained, the floors are disgusting. Do not stay here!!! We just checked in and are on the phone with hopper trying to get a refund and move hotels. It’s just that bad.

I was in town for just a quick layover flight. With the price, I was hoping it would at least be marginally clean. Everything is old and dated with this property. It was late when I got there, and had to kill one roach in the bathroom. I was just too tired to move out to find a new room. I kept my luggage by the door. I couldn’t sleep so got up early for the first shuttle out. I had to kill two more the next morning!!!
The night manager was dealing with a couple checking in, which was a nightmare, and the shuttle had pulled up. It wasn’t worth getting into it at the time. I just wanted to get out of there. I would never want to stay here again, 3 pictures provided.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with my family. Room was super dirty. Couch was wet and torn. There was smell of weed in the elevator and in the hallway. I will never stay in this hotel chain.
