Well it started out not quite what I expected but within 24 hours they turned what was going to be a bad review into a great review I've never seen employees that want like the owners take so much care and concern and whether or not my family stay was going the way it was supposed to. In particular of the sky Dominique was awesome and they stayed on top of trying to make what wasn't right right and I really appreciate it I am a single mom I came there with five of my kids and I was really overwhelmed with how things were going at first and it turned out awesome I have Dominique and quality and the thing for that not hotels.com though they really dropped the ball

"That's just our housekeeper."

This is supposedly a smoke free hotel, but we could smell cigarette smoke as we walked through the corridor to our balcony. Our view from that balcony consisted of a camping trailer stuffed with trash, a rusted out car with flat tires, & an unmarked white van with no license plates. I called to tell the front desk about the guy smoking & hanging around the van. They informed me not to worry, "That's just our housekeeper." One room's shower had mold in the ceiling tile. Another one had hair in the drain. Some of the beds had stains on them and/or obviously weren't cleaned. The carpets were incredibly dirty. We advised our group to sleep in their clothes and use their own pillow if they brought it. I received several complaints from members of our party that it smelled like weed every time they went outside. Avoid this hotel at all cost. You will get what you pay for.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the smoke smell in the corridor. Our hotel is indeed a smoke-free property, and it is unacceptable that this policy was not upheld. We will be conducting a thorough investigation to ensure such incidents do not recur. The response you received from the front desk regarding the individual smoking near the van was inappropriate, and we will be retraining our staff to ensure they handle such situations with the professionalism and seriousness they deserve.
We are very sorry to hear about the condition of the view from your balcony. The presence of the camping trailer, rusted car, and unmarked van is not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. We will be working diligently to improve the exterior appearance of our property to provide a more pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.
The cleanliness issues you mentioned in the rooms, including mold in the shower, hair in the drain, stained and unclean beds, and dirty carpets, are deeply concerning. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we are taking immediate action to address these deficiencies. Our housekeeping team will undergo additional training to ensure that all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Regarding the smell of weed outside the hotel, we take such matters very seriously and will be increasing our efforts to monitor and address any such activity on our property. The comfort and safety of our guests are paramount, and we are committed to maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for all.
We understand that your experience has left a negative impression, and for that, we are truly sorry. We value your feedback as it helps us identify areas that need improvement. Please be assured that we are taking steps to rectify these issues and to prevent them from happening in the future. Blood was found on a pillow and on the comforter, there was a period of time there was no running water.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, however the beds were completely uncomfortable. Mattress springs felt like they were coming thru to your back making sleep very difficult. They need replaced. Super noisy and too much light comes thru around windows and doors at night.

Bed were not comfortable, no microwave in our room, not that clean, the other room tv didn’t work, no rack to hang clothes, breakfast was very limited (not what they advertised) we tried to talk to the lady there and she didn’t care. Tried to call front desk 5 times and no one answered
