Disappointment

I’ve been organising a torment in the bar for over a month and two days earlier I’m told it’s not possible when I’ve already mobilised over 20 people and bought meat for everyone. I do not recommend this place at all, lack of organization and empathy 0

An expensive disappointment.

I am sad to say that there is little reason to recommend this accommodation. I was expecting much better, given how much it cost my son and I to stay there (£470 for 4 nights). Fortunately it was only for four nights. The best we can say is that it was clean. The room was spartan, and although there was a kitchen (with cups etc) we did not use it, for there was no kettle or other means of making coffee. The furniture was dated and a bit shabby. The shower was very slow to drain meaning the floor flooded easily. All in all it was a big disappointment and we will not be returning.

Worn but clean - uncomfy bed

This small apartment hotel is not as terrible as some reviews state, in my view, but on the other hand, I cannot recommend the place. I stayed one night alone. The room was clean enough but rather worn and I found the bed uncomfortable. There was a small kitchen in the room but I wouldn't want to cook anything else than a quick breakfast or a light lunch there. Not equipped for more. The bathroom was clean and a tad more updated than the bedroom. There was no shampoo but a bar of soap. What I hated most was the rather soft bed with a plastic like sheet that made it very warm. Since there is no aircondition it was a problem. There is a fan in the room though, but since it was wall mounted and couldn't face the bed, it was to little use. There was a fridge in the room and it was clean. The balcony was nice enough although the view was not interesting. The hotel was quite quiet during my one night stay. Location is not too bad. Walking distance from city centre, a few bars and restaurants nearby. Not coming back although this was a cheap option in Palma at less than 50 Euro for a night.

City break

Spotless. Comfortable beds. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly.
The location was excellent and handy easy to reach city centre
Only drawback was the fact there was no air conditioning. In late october this was not a problem but in mid summer it would be too hot for me.

budget apartments

Stayed for 3 nights in October. Location is spot on, not far from the city centre, the Bellver castle. Also, near the flat there is a supermarket, some local shops, petrol station, few bars and restaurants. The area is a bit on an outskirts, and can be viewed as a bit run down. It's an easy walk to the port. So location wise these apartments are great.
The apartment itself was very basic, old and some things were missing, like lack of cutlery, old pans and pots. It is very on a budget place. Cannot comment on the pool and the bar (this was shut). It looked ok, but very old and run down. We stayed facing the main street and was loud (traffic and music from bars downstairs). TV in funny place, above our heads LOL, no chance you could watch it from the bed. There is a table inside and outside. Big wardrobe, fridge, sink, some ligts were not working. The bed was comfortable enough. There is a lift. No air con just a fan, so would not recommend in summer time.
