Beautiful hotel
Fantastic position to visit the city, very easy to walk to the old town

Great hotel in the centre of Palmer de Mallorca
Bed was good, and I slept well
Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Location of the hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. One street over you have a lovely street where they serve the typical tapas and five minutes walk to the beach shore.
Also, super convenient is the access to the airport with the A1 bus, for just five euros, every 15 minutes.

Disappointing stay
Very good location in easy walking distance of city.
Room was good if a bit dated. Bathroom was very spacious and well equipped.
Breakfast varied and good quality. Great coffee machine.
Staff generally nice but seem to lack flexibility.
Not so good-
We had been traveling since 4.00am and asked for an early check in - not available.
Reception informed us 1-2pm. At 3.30pm one of our rooms was still not available.
Despite leaving the room at 7.30am each morning and tagging “ please make up the room” it was not completed at 3.30pm on two days.
The hotel is very “ corporate” - spacious but no atmosphere.
The bar staff disappear at times and have to be searched for.
Bar area is not inviting at all

Generally a well appointed hotel with a lack of atmosphere.
We love Palma and have been staying here for many years. We won’t stay at the Borday again.
