Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Only temporary reservations are accepted; short stays are not allowed. The home is not rented for tourist purposes, as it is temporary rentals. Please keep in mind that this home IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the conditions of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your reservation. Access is via stairs, it is a historic building that does not have an elevator." The facade of the building is under renovations so the terrace is partially covered and there are construction builders doing works that can start from 8AM until 8PM. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
