Amazing staff

The staff was wonderful and helped us navigate the bus & train system especially Magdalena. She took the time to explain to me the best way to go. She is amazing. The hotel is dated but clean and has comfortable beds & pillows. We stayed out of the city since was nephew stayed here with his team. Great experience and great recommendations from all staff members.

Lousy hotel

Lousy hotel.
The rooms are apparently not bad, but the quality of mattresses and pillows is tremendously poor. Impossible to sleep.
At older ages, pipes make a lot of noise and when other rooms turn on a tap, the noise is noticeable.
However, the worst is breakfast. No staff to help, no clean tables, no cutlery... Something really outrageous.

Very good

........I have been in the cafeteria of the hotel super nice and with wonderful staff super friendly super clean, fast service and very nice atmosphere. I repeat if or if the best tortilla in the area. Be super cool and be treated with a smile from the moment you walk through the door. I recommend 100%

People who review Galaico hotel poorly are because something stings... I don't know better hotel, with better breakfast and better rooms at such a good price in sanxenxo. A REAL LUXURY TO BE THERE, lovely and very helpful staff ALL super clean
Expectations more than exceeded, for me the Gallic hotel is already my family

Very good experience staying at Hotel Galaico Collado Villalba

Clean and cozy rooms, very well connected, very good quality/price ratio and also very notable, the exquisite and attentive treatment received by the hotel staff, especially by Mario (reception manager).
