-there is no hot water.
-bad odor coming from the toilet.
-old stained bedding
-no toiletries (we were provided with one soap bar for two weeks stay)
-no daily cleaning (he did not do ANY cleaning of the room during our 2 weeks stay, did not even remove the garbage. We collected our garbage in our own bags on the small balcony as there was no place to remove it to)
-he did not replace our towels. We had to ask other guest for support in getting in touch with him in order to receive clean towels and toilet paper) and during 2 weeks he replace our towels 3 times.
-the room was very cold at night and the owner did not provide us with additional blankets.
I inquire about bedding change after one week and offered to wash it in my own time using my own detergent. All I asked is to be able to use his washing machine. I was told that the charge will be $4.00 for washing and drying! At that time we decided to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else.
When we came back at the end of our paid stay to gather the rest of our belongings the garbage was still there. No one entered the room to do ANYTHING.
Thankfully we speak enough Spanish to communicate as the owner does not speak ANY English..
Please stay AWAY form the hotels that do not allow cancellation. We can provide pictures upon request.

Ils ont voulu nous faire payer plus que ce qui était prévu.
La rue est bruyante et l'éclairage public éclaire la chambre comme en plein jour (il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants.
On a croisé plusieurs personnes enfermée à l'intérieur de la maison (il faut une clef pour sortir et il n'y avait personne à l’accueil)
Il n'y a pas vraiment d'eau chaude (il y en a un peu si on fait couler très peu l'eau)
