Nice area and great breakfast Close to beach and cosy I prefer larger beds and miss that in descr on many Bookingsites these were 2x80cm which is to small for me. Otherwise a great affordable Motel/Hotel

No comfort for the money

No closet to store your clothes, the shower is just a drain grate next to the toilet (campsite has more facilities), very small room, bed much smaller than indicated on the website and very poor suspension (when one person moves the other is in a sea), bedside tables are discarded wine crates, Finishing of the rooms is done very amateurish, many of the utensils just look cheap, absolutely no originality, they obviously wanted to make as few costs as possible for the decoration, Breakfast is very sparse for the requested choice, what to do when it rains in the morning and you have to walk 500 m soaking wet to your breakfast? The guesthouse is 500 m from the hotel...

This is a great place to stay and use as a launching pad for exploring Stevns Klint. The backyard is directly off the hiking trail up the coast and is well marked. The Strandpension rooms are spacious and well equipped. We opted for a room with a private bath, but there are ones with shared baths available. There is a full kitchen for use of the guests as well as shared common sitting rooms, decks, etc. A full delicious breakfast is located about 400m away at the full service inn. Check in and checkouts are simple and there was ample parking. One note -- you do need to go to the full service inn to check in, something not clear on our initial instructions.

The Strandpension rooms are spacious and well equipped. We opted for a room with a private bath, but there are ones with shared baths available. There is a full kitchen for use of the guests as well as shared common sitting rooms, decks, etc. A full delicious breakfast is located about 400m away at the full service inn. Check in and checkouts are simple and there was ample parking. One note -- you do need to go to the full service inn to check in, something not clear on our initial instructions.

Cycling to Copenhagen

There were seven of us cycling to Copenhagen. We made reservations at this pensione and the Badenhotel nearby which owns the pensione. Four of us stayed at the pensione and three others at the hotel. There was a large group of women at the pensione in the lounge when we arrived. I asked if there was any difference in which bath we used and was told we could use either of the two on our floor. When we went over to the hotel to get our three companions for dinner we were told by the staff that we were not to use the bathrooms on our floor but should go down to the lower floor and we were not allowed to use the lounge on our floor either. Needless to say I was not happy and asked why we were paying for the use of the facilities but not able to use them. They were kind enough to offer us a discount but had I known the situation in advance I would not have stayed there. Also prompted us to dine elsewhere.
