Excellent place to relax
It is a hotel that invites tranquility and relaxation. Its facilities are spacious and comfortable, the view it offers is amazing and the best is the attention of all the staff. The food is delicious, the portions generous and very good quality. How it is in the middle of so much vegetation can sometimes come out insects, nothing serious but there are.

Nice place and good view, to improve 2 aspects and now!
It is a very nice and comfortable place, we spent very happy with my family. I recommend it, however keep in mind: 1. They charge the tip without consulting, in my case that bothers me and so I decided not to pay it because the tip must be voluntary. 2. There was a 30% promotion for staying Monday to Friday, however they didn't give it to me perhaps because I didn't ask for it, because I found out that I was in the month of the promotion when I was no longer in the hotel, I suggest to the hotel that if there is a promotion, give it to the independent client whether the guest asks for it or not. Well, in my case, that bothers me.

Excellent rest option
Excellent place to disconnect with a view of the La Esmeralda reservoir, with possibilities for kayaking experiences and unsurpassed attention from its owners. Accommodation in cabins or traditional rooms, restaurants and wifi, pool and jacuzzi

Incredible
Incredible place to rest, play sports, eat well and enjoy with friends or family. The best hotel without a doubt. It has several common areas such as a restaurant, fireplace, swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage tent, and nautical area. This makes the hotel stand out and be unique.

3/5 we expected something better considering the prices
2 nights 3 days in the hotel.
We went with my partner on a motorcycle each, arriving at the place was a little difficult since the direct road to the hotel is not paved.
Upon arrival we located the motorcycles, began to unpack and lower the suitcases that we had anchored. None of the workers nearby greeted us or welcomed us, they just watched us from afar. Five minutes after we arrived, a van enters with foreign guests who are received in a pleasant/cheerful manner and who are told that they will give them the room before the stipulated time, giving priority to their accommodation, and they also help them with their luggage. and they were quickly located at the hotel while we continued unpacking and organizing our luggage. We consider that this type of optimal attention should be applied to all visitors, evidently their reception was very different from ours.
- We decided to have lunch at the place, we had already seen the menu in advance, so we ordered our favorite dishes (8/10). When it's time to pay, they ask us if we want to include the service (10%). Normally when we go to a restaurant we include it without a problem.
We asked the waitress if this service had to be paid every time we ordered something from the Restaurant, to which she told us yes.
Taking into account that we are going to be there for several days and that no food is included, it is clearly a fairly high expense (adding that the service is not the best, the waiters do not have the best attitude).
- The quality of some dishes is not proportional to the cost they have; Speaking specifically of the restaurant, my partner ordered a personal pizza that cost approximately $30,000 pesos and it was simply ordinary dough, half raw, with a tomato base, slices of ordinary cheese on top with oregano, quite tasteless and cold.
The same thing happened with a fettuccini pesto that we ordered, it was somewhat raw, stiff and tasteless.
- We stayed in a Sky room, it is very nice in general, the view was magnificent, the terrace it has is very functional and lends itself to activities such as yoga.
Unfortunately at night we couldn't sleep very well since there were many mosquitoes.
- we miss the coffee or coffee maker in the room.
- The hotel is located in a spectacular location, the view and climate are quite pleasant and the activities it offers are very good; We did wake boarding and went to see the dinosaur footprints.

- Alejandra is a worker there, we highlight her work, she was quite cordial, attentive, cheerful and helpful to us.
