Hotel nice but no air conditioning

There were many nice things about this hotel - the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. However, in my visit during a hot July the room was uncomfortably warm. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. This is a feature of many older hotels in Xining, I believe, because it is much more often cold there than hot. However, the room was not well ventilated and the window overlooked a main road and let in little fresh air, so even with it open the room remained warm. The temperatures in Xining do drop overnight, but not until about 5am, and I didn't find this made a difference. It was about 24 degrees outside in the day. We were offered a fan if we paid a deposit. In the end we decided we couldn't stay because the room was too warm and stuffy for us to sleep in, and the hotel gave us a refund on our unused nights, which we were happy about. It was a shame because if not for the heat we would have stayed longer and I imagine in other seasons it is a nice place to stay.

前台服务态度非常好，酒店周围吃饭方便，我入住之前还给我打了电话，发送了停车场的具体位置，让我更快的找到停车场，非常好，不错，早餐非常丰盛，好吃😋，推荐！！！

设施：比较旧了，但够用，房间不大够住，
卫生：比较干净，大家可以放心。
环境：周边挨着商业街，吃饭、逛街方便。
服务：前台有问必答，热情服务，非常不错。
早餐，小米粥不错，每天和5碗，这样很舒服
