Inside of the toilet seems a bit worn, but room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. The view was great.
Overall, satisfied with the room and will come back again if there is a chance.

Amazing place, good view, worth it!
We booked the high floor rooms with club access and the bund river view. I have to say their rooms have that view all together and we get to see the lights at the bund from 19:00 to 22:00.
There is no short of food in the area, there is several small restaurants, pub and attractive in Yu Garden with more selection of food to choose. The place opened since 10:00 until 22:00 and that’s a good start.
The hotel service is amazing, rooms are tidy clean, amenities are standard with other Renaissance I have visited in the past and there is enough space. Club lounge has breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails that is facing the Yu Garden and The Bund, and Yes the menu changed. The hotel staff is amazing as well, their smile, saying hello, and available to assist you. Maybe you might get stuck in some conversation but we didn’t have that issue and they communicate quite well and accommodating.
Special thanks to club lounge associates with their smile and service each day, thank you for front office, housekeeping, and navigator as always being helpful.
Overall, this hotel is more than what’s it show and hopefully others enjoy their stay as much as we did. Definitely it will be our pick for next time visit.
