I had a booking for a room on 8-21-24. I had canceled an earlier date and booked this date. However, they said I couldn’t stay there. They didn’t argue that I didn’t have a reservation and they never said why I couldn’t stay there. I got no sympathy for my plight. I finally took a taxi to a different hotel at a higher price. They did indicate I would get a refund.

感觉很不好。卫生不行，上个房客的垃圾还在房间里没有清理；服务不行，不到退房时间就急切的催人退房；设施不行，电视都是坏的，没法打开，并且房间隔音效果特别差，隔壁呼噜声都可以听的清清楚楚。

我们是五一出游 因为假期酒店昂贵 就选择了这个宾馆 当然费用也是不便宜 但里边设备服务就很一般般 房子里马桶没有盖子 桌子上用纸一擦也不干净 晚上 房间里电供电量不足 突然就没电了 主要门不能反锁 锁芯是坏的 就很担心 不建议女生单独住

房间里蟑螂到处跑！餐巾纸也没有。第二天退房后不核销信息。害得我在目的地宾馆无法办理登记入住。房间隔音太差！

前台服务员服务态度极差，入住前不给客人说明白，客人的车辆出停车场还要收费

入住的时候前台服务员为什么不给客人说一间房只能停一辆车，退房出停车场时才会告诉你一间房只能有一张停车票，这是不是属于欺骗行为，这样的宾馆还能住吗？
