Did not at either restaurant, they have weird hours. So if I have to eat it in my room I'll order from pizza hut

Pretend hotel

This hotel is like an undertaker taking advantage of relatives of the deceased. Unless you have coupons entitling you to free services then you get very little for your hard earned money. $260 a night with parking. They do not clean the rooms daily and during a five night stay they did not even replenish coffee supplies in the room.i will be moving to a different hotel as soon as i can be away from my wife who is in the attached hospital. The service here is bottom rung. Altos restaurant closes at 4PM on Sunday in an area that has little else to offer for dining. Worst place I have ever stayed.

No signage to indicate that hotel parking is across the street. No secure spot to unload in front of the property. Adjacent to a methadone clinic. Room was decent size, clean with comfortable beds, but very sketchy from the outside

The loitering around the property was intimidating. Property had dirty hallways and my shower was dirty.

The rates take advantage of people needing to be close to the hospital to visit loved ones. A party kept me awake and I had to call security which added to the noise. An intoxicated woman nearly fell on me by the elevators. My room was filthy, bed cover had old blood stain, walls had dried splash marks, bed skirt was filthy with dried stains. The experience contributed to the misery of my loved one’s health crisis rather than create a safe haven. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
