Very friendly and efficient reception personnel.
Nice room and king size comfortable bed. Able to park in front of the room. A bit of footsteps noise from other. Travelers but not really bothersome at all. We had a pet with us and it was not an issue ever.

Best Recommendation

Very neat Motel, rooms cozy and modern decorated with bright furniture. Room and bathroom very clean, check-in was super fast. Small kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine and micro available, no hairdryer. Opposite there is the supermarket Safeway and a small McDonald's (with breakfast offer). We got something to eat and had breakfast in the room with good coffee. Can only recommend the Motel.

Great staff, my check in was quick and they were very friendly. Parking lot was very small and hard to maneuver once it got full and noise was a bit of a problem from other guests but other than that our stay was great and reasonably priced for a long weekend

Amelia was fabulous! I was in town for a friend's wedding and needed a late check in. Amelia went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had our room secured for the night. The biggest surprise was the bathroom. Super fancy shower and renovated bathroom that was amazing. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were incredible. I will be choosing this motel everytime I travel to Smithers!

Bed was okay, but pillows were mushy. Bathroom had been updated (give that a 4), but the room was very sad. Three pieces of mismatched furniture, the kind you’d get at a yard sale. Shabby curtains. AC unit (freestanding and connected to window) put out little cool air, and sounded like a car engine every time it turned on.
