Everything was excellent. The only issue was that my reservation didn’t show up in their system. I showed the girl at the desk my reservation number and they were more than accommodating to ensure we had a room.

Best club lounge

Patricia at the club lounge was the best so friendly and kind - service was the best the room was clean and food was great …. Very pleased with the service …Patricia is the best and she even remembered us form last year made us feel special we look forward to seeing her again next year

Unfortunately it was a very cold day & night (`-40 windshield) & no one of the outdoor plug ins were working to plug in our vehicle.
Had a difficult time understanding the reception desk ... talked with 3 different persons regarding directions to our room & after 15 minutes of looking for it ... a hotel rep finally was able to help us.
Did not realize until the morning but there was a problem with the toilet in that water was running continuously throughout the night.

When we first got there they didn't even have our reservation and it was fully booked. We ended up being put in the old side of the hotel which is very run down. The shower had someone's hair all over the walls and the bed was very uncomfortable. My daughter had rented the room for us for Valentine's Day so we could have a staycation but I so much would have rather stayed home than wasted money on this room. Then they took our credit card and we were billed twice for the room once from hotel.com and then the hotel charged us as well. They showed us that they have refunded our credit card but we have not seen that back yet and the deposit is still not returned to our credit card. This has been a difficult process and will probably not book this way in the future because of it.

The people in the room beside us partied until 4 am. I called the front desk four times and got dressed and went to the front desk once asking them to do something about the noise from the next room. The front desk received several noise complaints about the party in Room 201. They sent up their security guy each time and he was ineffective every time in shutting down the party. When I went to the front desk I asked the front clerk to either evict them or call the police; they did neither. We didn't get any sleep and the hotel was negligent in not handling a unruly/rowdy/disruptive guest in an appropriate manner. We had requested a Club Room which is on a higher floor with views of the city. We were put on the second floor with a view of the back of a building. We were offered the "perks" of the club room and received one free drink and some appetizers. The website states the VIP lounge offers 24 hour light snacks, coffee and juice. The first time we went to the lounge, there were two small pastries and some muffins. When we went later, there were no snacks at all. I feel we should have gotten a free night for another Club Room, however, the resort won't give us one.
