Good hotel with points for improvement

The hotel is excellent for rest, garden and well cared for pool. They provide beach towel, sandbar for children. There is a restaurant which makes it easy for those who do not want to leave the hotel, a varied menu and all the options we tried were delicious.
The only bad point are the mattresses, extremely old and uncomfortable. The beach around the hotel tbm is very poorly cared for, with garbage in several points. Tbm do not provide sunscreen and chairs for the sand.
However, it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel is thrown.

The structure has great potential but is thrown. Visibly old mattress, ugly waistlines, old enxoval. They open for DAY USE and therefore those who are guests can not think of waking up later under the risk of being without a place to accommodate in the garden / beach / pool.Because of the crowd the waiters do not care to serve so many people.The staff is very good, they strive to serve well, but with so many people it becomes difficult.

Poor cost benefit

Room with unbearable mould smell and no possibility of exchange. Bath and face towels covered. TV's not good. The program is interrupted several times, with the user exceeding the limit. It rained and with it the street in front, where we parked our car (pq didn't fit in the garage) got water and strong smell of sewage. To get in the car we step several times in this water. Restaurant with excessively expensive price. There was no change of towels or bed linen. Should not be qualified as resort

WORST HOLIDAYS OF MY LIFE

Worst vacation of my life;
The hotel is far from a resort, not worth the cost/benefit;
Food is good, but very expensive;
Rooms in poor state of preservation;
Mostly very friendly and polite employees, with the exception of managers;
But all of this would not matter if it weren't for animal abuse. They are undernourished and no one can feed them, I couldn't stay 7 days watching the cats, mostly, starving slowly and gave me feed every day. For this reason I was stripped of by one of the managers of the hotel and ended up indisposed with her and those who were in favor of this cruelty. I had absurd problems that I wanted to forget about the trip and, only now, I was able to position myself. You who respect animals stay away from this place.

The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.
