Disappointment with breakfast is noisy air conditioning in the room
Noisy air conditioning, pings in the top of the air conditioning, box door makes noise, at breakfast there is no: yogurt, jelly, cereal without sugar, melon, sandwich, toaster. I asked the waiter to make bread on the plate they accepted, but the manager forbade?! That's absurd. Not even personal small bottle is forbidden to fill with filter water?! And still charge R$30 for keeping a suitcase. Every hotel is courtesy. I'm not coming back.

FUYEZ CET HOTEL
To be brief and concise, the hotel is obsolete what can happen but if only it stopped at that!!!!
The hotel is dirty! Lack of total hygiene in the rooms, hair on the floor, mold in the spaces, and the best BEDBUG IN THE ROOMS.
The staff is not especially pleasant and understanding in the face of all these disadvantages, the elevator also broke down with my friend and myself inside, at the time of check out I explain all these problems and guess what? They want me to pay a check out at 2:00 p.m. $100. I refuse, so I am told ok, but they want to charge me “the mini bar” which is composed of a bottle of still water and a sparkling 90R$. While it was well included in the booking booking, and therefore a hotel pay more than 700 € for a service that was actually not worth even 50, on top of that the hotel is in the center and surrounded by drug users without any guard.
