An experience that surprised me in a positive way
Breakfast is outstanding, even compared to other hotels in the same chain!
Two points for improvement: I had dinner one night and despite the place being very pleasant, they forgot to bring my drink! And there was no blanket in the room.
I go back to Ribeirão monthly and now I just stay there!!

Horrible and expensive service
They charged absurd 150 reais per pet. I have two little ones.
I stayed in other hotels and always charge 30, 40 or even 50 reais per day. Now 150. I had already made the Reservation and it was more than half night. I had to accept and pay to be able to rest with my family and go on a trip the next day, in which we were going to bury my son’s grandmother.
We had a bad stay.
Bad service at the reception. Rough and sharp service.
When we left, we spent the whole night listening to the guest’s snoring in the next room.
In short, I don't even sleep in this hotel for free.
Very weak. Bad.

VERY BELOW EXPECTATION
The worst moment of the stay, apart from the fact that the bedroom window (first floor) faces a busy street, was the terrible condition of the BATHROOM.
The temperature is not that hot and (mostly) the water pressure is terrible and without any strength, which will give you a horrible feeling and a worse shower than those very weak showers you had at your grandmother's house. Terrible bath that destroys any possibility of relaxation. I filed a complaint on the website.
However, that wasn't enough, breakfast was served for two days with stale bread, without any quality.
The cleanliness of the room is good, carried out by the cleaning ladies on duty.
However, I do not recommend it and will not use it again. I found it far below expectations!
